We process thermoplastics, such as PP, PE, PP-TPE, polyamides, silicon and quite different complementary materials such as adhesive tapes, non-wovens, hook and loop, webbings etc.

Our customers particularly value the inline finishing of our extrusion profiles. The result is absolute precision, offering a maximum in cost efficiency and tolerance accuracy. Sewing marks accelerate our customers processes, non-wovens save expensive cover materials in non-visible areas, material combinations integrate functions to reduce the number of profiles. Fastening profiles for car seats

For over thirty years, our technically sophisticated extruded plastic profiles have been firmly and securely connecting covers to the metal structure of the vehicle seat, they pad and give contours.

In extrusion, we process all thermoplastics and compounds developed in-house, which are joined with complementary materials such as non-wovens and tapes. Foamed profiles complement our extensive range. Our products are usually finished directly inline and receive longitudinal cuts, markings, printing, complex stamping or laser contours. The result is absolutely precise and offers maximum cost efficiency and tolerance accuracy!

All renowned automotive manufacturers trust our extrusion profiles. We are the market leader in Europe and extrude approx. 80,000 km of profiles annually.

2C Extrusion

Our main focus is on thermoplastics such as PP, PE, PP-TPE, polyamides and silicone. Our hybrid technology enables combinations of e.g. soft and stiff materials to integrate different functions into one product.

Co-extrusion

Our sheet extrusion process will allow flat plates and strips to be produced at a fraction of the injection mold costs traditionally seen in the market, both in piece price and in tooling costs.

Inline finishing

80 percent of all extrusion profiles are refined by us. Depending on the complexity and desired flexibility, we can stamp or laser your products inline.

Easy for us – easy for you: Reinforcing elements are stamped out of sheets, profiles get notches as helpful sewing marks or are cut into length.
